Yes! Toys marked as 'In Stock' are ready to ship immediately and typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Made-to-order toys require additional production time before shipping.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we love creating custom toys! Whether you want a specific color, size, or a completely unique design, contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form to discuss your ideas. Custom orders require additional production time.

What is your returns policy?

For toys in stock, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made toys cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. Contact us to arrange a return.
